PRESIDENT
Cody Sisson brings 30 years of experience in the HVAC and mechanical industry, beginning on the tools and rising through every level of the organization to President at UMG. His career spans roles from Building Automation Project Manager to Vice President of Operations, giving him a comprehensive command of both the technical and business dimensions of mechanical contracting. But what has defined Cody's leadership throughout is an unwavering commitment to building teams, developing people, and creating cultures where individuals are empowered to grow. At UMG, he has built an organization grounded in integrity, accountability, and shared purpose — attracting experienced professionals who are invested in the company's long-term success and united by a common vision of becoming the most trusted mechanical contractor in their markets.

MO RAMSEY
DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION & ESTIMATING
Mo Ramsey began his career as a union sheet metal worker, learning the trade from the ground up and developing the hands-on expertise that would become the foundation of everything that followed. Over the course of his career, he advanced through the ranks from the field into estimating, project management, and ultimately executive leadership, holding roles including Mechanical General Superintendent, Senior Project Manager, Project Executive, and Senior Executive Officer. That progression from journeyman to executive gives Mo a rare and complete perspective on construction operations, one that commands respect at every level of the organization and translates directly into stronger oversight, smarter planning, and more disciplined execution. At UMG, Mo leads the construction & estimating divisions with the credibility of someone who has done the work himself and the experience of someone who has run it at the highest level.

MATTHEW LANCEY
DIRECTOR OF SERVICE
Matt Lancey leads UMG's service division with a career that spans both the mechanical trade and large-scale facility operations at the highest level. Prior to joining UMG, Matt served as Director of Facility Operations for the Pasadena Center Operating Company, where he held executive responsibility for all operational functions of one of Southern California's premier convention and event facilities, overseeing service contracts, capital improvement budgets, maintenance programs, and safety operations. His background also includes senior roles with Johnson Controls and Therma/A.O. Reed, where he managed significant project portfolios and service operations across complex commercial environments. The combination of trade expertise and institutional facility leadership gives Matt a uniquely broad perspective on what clients expect from a service partner, and how to consistently deliver it. At UMG, he brings that depth of experience to bear in building a service division defined by reliability, accountability, and long-term client value.

KELSY JOHNSON
BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER
Kelsy Johnson serves as Business Operations Manager at UMG, bringing over a decade of experience across the construction, electrical, and automation industries. As former Owner and COO of Impel Systems, she managed full accounting operations, payroll, RFP development, and business development across multiple industries, giving her a firsthand understanding of what it takes to build and scale a business, not simply support one. That entrepreneurial background sets Kelsy apart from a traditional administrative role; she approaches every operational challenge with the perspective of someone who has carried full organizational responsibility and understands the downstream impact of every decision. At UMG, Kelsy is the operational center of gravity, the hub through which systems, vendors, processes, and people converge. Her hands-on ownership mindset, broad technical proficiency, and commitment to continuous improvement make her an indispensable resource for the leadership team and a driving force behind UMG's ability to execute with consistency and confidence as the company scales.
